Attorney Harold Christian is a graduate of Berea High School, Carson-Newman College and the University of South Carolina School of Law. He is a member of numerous professional associations, and has been a speaker at a number of professional continuing legal education forums, as well as a past instructor in the Workers' Compensation course for paralegals at Greenville Technical College. Harold is active in his community and church.

Harold was recently asked about whether or not there were too many law suits in our society. He responded, "It is unfortunate that law suits are necessary. However, when people refuse to accept responsibility for the harm that they cause to others, I am grateful that our Constitution provides for trial by a jury of our fellow citizens to determine accountability. This is a system that has worked well in our country for over 200 years. It seems only fair that people who are injured through no fault of their own should not have to bear the burden of their losses and should be allowed to recover fully for their injuries."
