Law Suit Filed for Defective Asbestos Products

Gregory James Hunter has filed a products liability lawsuit against A.W. Chesterton as a result of exposure to asbestos. A. W. Chesterton has been manufacturing material which is used in insulation of homes and fire protection and these products have been exposing people to asbestos.

Many times companies who make defective products or harmful products set out to make money over integrity and by doing so they do it at the expense of those who honest hardworking individuals. Unfortunately as is the case many times the harm is concealed as is pointed out in the article.

The suit says the defendants have been in possession of medical and scientific data exposing the health risks of asbestos for decades, but conspired among themselves to suppress the information


The suit is presently pending in Jefferson County District Court in Texas.
